How to use this Most of what follows is safe to try and easy to undo: activate, deactivate, reinstall, rename, change your mind. Work through it at your own pace. The one worth slowing down on is restoring a backup. It is a last resort, not off-limits, but it often does not fix the real problem, and restoring an old backup without first backing up the current site permanently erases every form entry and order taken since that backup. If it comes to that, it is worth talking through first.
