& Why This Exists
Namogo built something genuinely great. Extras for Elementor was one of the most capable Elementor addons ever made — 30+ widgets and extensions that filled real gaps in what Elementor could do natively. Then in 2024 they went quiet. No updates. No support. Licenses started expiring with nowhere to renew.
This fork exists because we depend on this plugin across dozens of client sites and couldn’t afford to lose it. Rather than migrate everything to something new, we took over maintenance, modernized the codebase for current Elementor and PHP versions, and built a proper licensing and update system. It’s the same plugin you already know — just alive again.

No. The plugin slug, widget names, and CSS classes are identical to the original. Switching is a drop-in replacement — deactivate the old version, install this one, done.
Most widgets and extensions work with free Elementor. A few features — notably the Posts widget — require Elementor Pro.

The plugin continues working on your sites. You lose access to updates and support, and get a reminder in your dashboard, but nothing breaks. You can renew at any time. We strongly recommend keeping up-to-date for all security patches.
The widgets all work with containers. The extensions (Sticky, Parallax, Display Conditions) currently apply to Sections and Columns — container support is on the development roadmap.
Yes. Local environments, staging, and development URLs don’t count against your activation limit. You can develop freely.
